Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship products everywhere in the world. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion, for example where shipping to a remote area is not feasible for any reason. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

How can I search for the product that I desire?
You can search for the product of your choice in two ways. You can either use the (1) Search tool or you can also use (2) the Product Category List found on the left side of the Goods Avenue Home Page. To use the Search tool, enter key word/s in the white box provided for, then click on 'Search' button. It will then show you results of your search. Key words can be any word/s that are in reference to the item which you are looking for. To use the Product Category List, click on the Item Category of your choice. This will allow you to view the items under that category. You may then click on your preferred sub-category to view the list of products under that sub-category.

How do I make a purchase?
This is the best part, making your online purchase. Browse online and go to the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name or on the image. If you want to purchase it, click on the 'Buy Now' icon. The item will automatically be added to your shopping cart, where you will be able to view all the items you have picked. On your shopping cart you can click on 'Delete' to remove the item. You can also change the quantity. You have the option to 'Continue Shopping' or to 'Check out' when you are done shopping. Provide all Shipping Information being asked for and the special instructions if you have any. After providing all necessary information, click on 'continue transaction'. Choose your mode of payment and provide all payment details being asked. After doing so you will now be able to view your final Shopping list (not including the shipping charges) and the total amount of your transaction. If you want to proceed, click 'Place Order' to provide your Billing Information.

How do I pay? What currency?
Payments for purchased items are in US Dollars or other currencies, vary in currency conversion rates depending on the Issuing Bank or Credit Card Company at the time of settlement. Actual conversion is done by the Issuing Bank upon settlement and NOT by Goods Avenue.

Is shipping really free?
Yes! Goods Avenue offers free world wide shipping on all items!
Goods Avenue is the first and only retailer in the segment to establish multiple international warehouses. Currently serving more than 30 countries, coverage area varies with warehouse. For Hong Kong Warehouse, all items receive free worldwide shipping. Orders of $15 or more are automatically upgraded to free tracked shipping. For AU Direct- SKU number starting with 9610. Free tracked shipping is provided on all orders shipped to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, and South Australia. For International Warehouses, tracked shipping is used on all international warehouse full shipments and partial shipments. Please note that the tracking number will not work in the follow countries: Belgium, Germany, Holland. All times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. Exact time varies with exact warehouse and destination. Holiday season orders can experience 2-3 week delays.

Is it safe to pay using my credit/debit card at Goods Avenue?
Paying with PayPal you can send payment quickly and securely online. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Advantages with using PayPal: Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Goods Avenue doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use. The location the seller is shipping to (also call the destination country or region).

When do I get charged for my purchase?
Upon receipt of confirmation email advising Transaction Approval, this signifies that the Credit Card Company has accepted your Credit/Debit Card and that your Bank has already recorded the purchases that you have made.

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped, you will receive an email notification for your tracking number.

How are customs and taxes issues handled?
Customs and import duties including any taxes, tariffs or item seized, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items shipped from our warehouse and other international warehouses are not subject to export taxes.
Our common Airmail delivery service does not have an invoice in the package, however, express shipping methods such as TOLL Express, DHL or TNT orders must be sent out with an invoice for customs clearance.

What is the RMA & returns procedure?
Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Pictures of the proceeding items are needed when contacting Goods Avenue. Know more detail about Goods Avenue's return policy.
Always contact Goods Avenue and wait for instructions before returning anything.
1) We will send an appropriate contact form.
2) Take and upload the requested pictures.
3) Wait for Goods Avenue to reply and follow the instructions.
Do not close the CSE form until you issue has been resolved.

When will I receive my order?
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Orders for delivery will be shipped within 11-22 business (Hong Kong Airmail), 7-14 business days (Hong Kong EMS), and 5-15 business days for International. If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country. If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later. Goods Avenue does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier. Holiday season orders can experience 2-3 week delays.

Can processing be expedited / does purchasing EMS expedite processing?
Goods Avenue does not have an expedited processing option. Purchasing EMS only expedites postal service mailing time.

I haven’t received my package 20 business days after shipment.
Most likely your package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation. Please wait a 2-3 more business days. If the package still doesn’t arrive then please contact us.
If your package has a tracking number then please check your country’s postal service website for the latest information.

Why doesn't the tracking number work?
The tracking number won’t work until it has been scanned by the post office. Please check again in 1-2 business days. If the problem persists, please contact us.
The tracking number does not work in the follow countries. Belgium, Germany, Holland.

The package does not contain all the ordered items.
It is likely you received a partial shipment. This means one or more of the items in your order is not currently available so the in-stock portion of your order was sent first. The rest of your order will be sent later. If you did not receive a partial shipment and are in fact missing an item then please contact us.

I want to use EMS Express. How's that?
EMS can be purchased for most countries for request. Please contact us first. Purchasing EMS only affects postal service mailing time, it does not affect Goods Avenue processing time. Note that Partial shipments under $30 will be shipped with tracked China Post or Hong Kong. Post Partial shipments over $30 will be shipped with EMS.

What is your return policy for Dead on Arrival (DOA) Item?
Any products come with a 5 days warranty after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as the following: (1) The photos of original package with front and back sides, (2) The photos or video of the defective item(s), and (3) The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s). A reimbursement for return shipping fees is available, provided that: (1) Return the item(s) by ordinary mail (the least expensive way) with tracking number to the nearest Product Drop Off Box; If the mail service with tracking number costs more, you may choose the one without tracking. Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt with you after return. We will process for you upon receiving the screen shot of your receipt. (2) The return shipping fee is less than 60% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $40 (USD), we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact us to further confirm it.
